Position Description / Responsibilities Seeking qualified candidates with expertise in teaching infant/ toddlers (0-3) to supervise student teachers in diverse early childhood settings. Minimum Degree Requirements A Masters degree from an accredited institution in Early Childhood Studies or a related field. Required Qualifications Specific academic coursework in Early Childhood Studies, Early Childhood Education, Child Development

Evidence of knowledge in the foundations of Infant/ Toddler development, learning, and assessment.

Minimum of three years of full time teaching experience in programs for children from birth through age 8 in culturally and linguistically diverse settings.

High quality teaching and commitment to student success.

As a condition of employment, this position will require a background check. The person holding this position is considered a 'mandated reporter' under the California Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act and is required to comply with the requirements set forth in CSU Executive Order 1083 as a condition of employment. Preferred Qualifications Doctorate degree from an accredited institution in Early Childhood Studies or a related field.
