Position Description / Responsibilities The Anthropology program at CSUCI has opened a pool for lecturers with the ability to teach Altered States of Consciousness and/or Native Californians, two upper division GE courses. Minimum Degree Requirements Master's degree in Anthropology or an allied field. Required Qualifications Master's degree in Anthropology or an allied field.

The person holding this position is considered a 'mandated reporter' under the California Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act and is required to comply with the requirements set forth in CSU Executive Order 1083 as a condition of employment. Preferred Qualifications Preference is for a candidates with a) a PhD in Anthropology or an allied field, b) prior collegiate teaching experience, and c) research and/or teaching experience with topics related to California Archaeology/indigenous cultures of California, and/or an Altered States of Consciousness type class.
