Under the direction of the Director of Athletics and the Head
Athletic Trainer, the Assistant Athletic Trainer works directly
with student-athletes in the prevention of athletic injuries; the
recognition, evaluation and immediate care of athletic injuries;
the rehabilitation and reconditioning of athletic injuries; and
health care administration. Provides Athletic Trainer
coverage at athletic activities. Assures appropriate
maintenance of equipment and supplies assigned to the athletic
training program; maintains records on examination and physical
condition of student-athletes
