The Providence College English Department seeks an adjunct instructor for 1 section (3 credits) of ENG 202: Rhetorical Analysis and Argumentation. Course introduces students to foundational concepts in the analysis of persuasive speech and argumentation across various kinds of texts and media. Essential Duties
Candidate should have demonstrable knowledge of Aristotelian rhetoric, including its contemporary adaptations, as well as expertise in applied rhetoric in a variety of discursive domains. Education and Experience Required
Candidate should have experience in the teaching of College Level Writing courses. Ph.D. in hand or close to completion.
