Position Summary:

The Department of Urology at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health (SMPH) seeks someone to assist our Educational Programs Manager with administration of our residency, fellowship, and medical student training programs. This position is critical to successful program operations and ensuring continuing compliance and accreditation. The position includes frequent collaboration with faculty, staff, and trainees.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in education, health care administration, or closely related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

Previous experience coordinating medical student and/or residency education programs, as well as familiarity with ACGME, AAMC, and other accrediting organizations is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. The position requires high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and organization, as well as strong written and verbal communications skills.
