Purpose of Position
Responsible for providing administrative, organizational and project management support to Strategic Planning and Implementation division and Project Teams working on University wide strategic priorities and related projects. Serves as a lead project coordinator and liaison for projects and strategic initiatives, including projects and programs originating from the office of the Strategic Planning and Implementation. Responsible for providing timely communications, collaborating with Marketing and Communications for communications related to Success by Design ( SBD ), assisting with institution wide projects, organizing and facilitating meetings with key campus stakeholders for SBD, providing qualitative data collections and stakeholder engagement/feedback sessions. Primary Responsibilities
Serve as project management lead working with Marketing and Communications for communications related to SBD . Provide strategic oversight of design and functionality of SBD webpage and develop annual SBD communication strategy. Create strategic communication strategy for various projects, including current Innovation Challenge projects. Lead efforts to assess and develop plans for scaling and future projects as necessary.

Assist in institution wide projects by supporting project leads across multiple teams to move project work forward. Create and manage tools for teams to track progress of projects. Administer process for distribution and use of SIIF Funding as well as develop and track reports on the use of SIIF funds to campus.

Manage communications, meetings, and reporting related to institution wide projects to Chief Strategic Officer

Organize and facilitate meetings with key campus stakeholders for SBD as needed for qualitative data collections and stakeholder engagement/feedback sessions.

Provide administrative support including setting up meetings, creating agendas, managing Strategic Advisory Group ( SAG ) membership, and creating ongoing strategic role of SAG .

Provide strategic and administrative support for SBD Metrics Teams Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, majors focusing on planning, management, or administration, or related field preferred.

Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products and metrics tracking applications. Must have strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication and analytical skills. Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with critical thinking. Must have demonstrated skills in managing multiple projects with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently and meet deadlines while working multiple projects simultaneously.
