POSITION: Part-Time Lecturer in the Department of Economics
This a general recruitment for a pool of part-time lecturers for the department to draw from as needed to teach a variety of economics courses. APPOINTMENTS FROM THE PART-TIME POOL ARE TEMPORARY AND OFTEN MADE JUST PRIOR TO THE START OF THE ACADEMIC TERM. APPLICANTS MUST BE AVAILABLE ON VERY SHORT NOTICE.
- Master's Degree in Economics from an accredited U.S.
institution or foreign equivalent.
- Ability to work in a diverse campus environment.
- At least one (1) semester of experience teaching a course in
Economics at an accredited institution.
- Preference will be given to those with relevant work experience
who bring professional capabilities.
- Doctoral Degree in Economics or a related field.
- Experience working with diverse populations and fostering a
collaborative, supportive and inclusive environment.

The Department of Economics offers a variety of general education and specialized courses as well as the following degree programs: Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with concentration in Economics, and Master of Arts in Economics.
