Reporting to the Dean of Students, the Associate Dean, Enrollment Management, is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating credit student enrollment, including recruitment, retention, marketing, and new programs. Direct reports include admissions and outreach advisors and the Director of Student Success.
Responsibilities include:
Hiring, managing, and evaluating direct reports; collaborating with
deans, site directors, the Director of Marketing and others on
developing, managing and evaluating enrollment initiatives, and use
tools such as customer resource management systems, communication
technology, Banner and other technology to improve effectiveness of
enrollment management systems and processes, and other duties as
assigned.
The preceding duties have been provided as examples of the essential types of work performed by positions within this job classification. Management reserves the right to add, modify, change or rescind work assignments as needed.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field from a regionally accredited institution of higher education required. Master's preferred.
Experience: Minimum of two years experience implementing and/or leading enrollment initiatives in areas such as college admissions, college recruitment, college marketing, college student retention programs, or college program development.
Distinguishing Characteristics:
Ability to multi-task and manage projects to completion. Strong
verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience and comfort with using technology. Ability to lead
people. Ability to manage conflict.
Physical Tasks and Environmental Conditions:
Work involves sedentary to light work in an office setting.
There is frequent sitting, with walking, standing and
stooping occasionally required. There is an occasional need
to lift objects (up to 10 pounds) and perform other similar actions
during the course of the workday. Employee accommodations for
