Description
This position is responsible for the recruitment for, retention of, and administration of the OC Promise scholarship program across all three Olympic College’s campuses as well as the Ranger’s Return grant program. In addition, this position will be coordinating closely with the Olympic College Foundation, which administers funding for the Promise and Ranger’s Return programs and collaborating with the Students In Need Program (SING) and Multicultural to provide holistic supports and programming for students in these respective programs. Responsible for a comprehensive program for the life cycle of OC Promise students and Ranger’s Return grant program. OC is looking to develop systemic change which encompasses the development of policies and procedures that serve OC students in an online, as well as an in-person environment. This is a leadership position that will be responsible for the creation, review, and evaluation of assessment measures for these various programs.
