ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT
ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT


The Associate Vice President for Enrollment Managment provides leadership for the College's comprehensive enrollment services/management. This role provides leadership to Admissions and Outreach, Academic Records/Registrar's Office, Enrollment Operations, One-Stop Center, and Financial Aid. The next Associate Vice President will be a strategic thinker and visionary, a prudent risk-taker, and an assertive, respectful transformational leader.

The successful candidate will possess the following professional portfolio:
• Master's degree and a minimum of seven (7) years of leadership experience in a progressively responsible capacity, preferably as a Chief Enrollment Officer. Related areas of experience may also include student affairs, student success and retention, admissions and new student orientation in a senior level leadership capacity.

• Extensive knowledge of strategic enrollment management, student success (recruitment, retention, completion and placement), admissions and related enrollment management areas. Strong knowledge of enrollment-based marketing and communications practice is required.

• Demonstrated outcomes in progressive enrollment management functions and must be capable of generating and executing innovative student success ideas to drive enrollment for new and continuing students. Experience recruiting new students, including dual enrollment and populations beyond high school students is critical.

• Thorough knowledge and proven practice with equity as a foundation for enrollment management functions. Proficient with enrollment data and technology platforms and resources.

• Experience with Academic Records and Financial aid strongly desired. Experience in a community college setting highly preferred.

Expectations and Responsibilities:
Serves as College's Chief Enrollment Officer, leads college-wide enrollment management efforts. Develops and executes the College's strategic enrollment plan to ensure new student enrollment goal attainment. Leads the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of all new student enrollment initiatives to include coordination with all Enrollment Management functions, Marketing and Communications, Student Affairs, Business Services and academic areas to track prospective students from recruitment through the admission process to registration for classes.

Leads and manages a comprehensive enrollment management division in support of the college's enrollment management strategies and student success agenda. Plays an intregal role in the development and execution of the College's Student Success plan supporting recruitment, retention, completion and placement. Supports and/or leads the development of programs and initiatives to advance continuing student enrollment, retention and completion in collaboration with the Academic Advising and Career Center and Academic Affairs leadership.
