Seton Hall University School of Law invites applications for a tenure-track Criminal Justice Clinic position in Seton Hall’s Center for Social Justice.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The professor in the Criminal Justice Clinic will supervise clinical students on direct criminal defense representation and/or broader strategic litigation. We particularly welcome applications from candidates with experience or interest in criminal justice reform and in collaborating with clinical and doctrinal faculty on law reform projects impacting the criminal justice system.
- The full-time clinical teaching load entails supervising eight students in each of the fall and spring semesters and teaching a weekly two-hour seminar addressing practical and substantive issues that arise in the clinic’s client representation.
