The Communication Department at the University of Central Missouri is hiring two 1-year Instructors for 2021-2022. Instructors should be able to teach in at least two of the following areas of Persuasion, Quantitative Research, Rhetoric, Interpersonal, Health Communication, and Social Media/Computer Mediated Communication; in addition, they will teach Public Speaking and a course in their specialty.

We offer a BS in Communication Studies and a BS in Digital Media production and an MA in Communication. We have 250 undergraduate majors and 50 graduate students. Our faculty are highly engaged with our students and a love of teaching is a must. Education & Formal Training Master's degree (Specify field(s) of study below) Other Education & Formal Training
MA in Communication Studied, Mass Communication, or related area is required, ABD or PhD is preferred. Computer Skills Experience
Experience teaching face-to-face and online is preferred.
