The University of Oregon Intercollegiate Athletic Department's primary purpose is to provide a unique opportunity for student-athletes to be developed, tested, and encouraged to reach their maximum potential in every aspect of their lives. The Warehouse Manager will coordinate concessions logistics for Autzen Stadium/PK Park and will report to the General Manager of Concessions. Responsibilities include accepting deliveries, putting stock away and distributing stock to sales locations, and completing storeroom inventory and database entries. This position will also be responsible for cleaning and assuring locations are stocked and ready to open when needed, and for overseeing student and part-time workers as cleaning and stocking is done in all concession venues.
Additional expectations of position:
- Valid Driver's License and the ability to be University of
Oregon Van Certified
- Ability to obtain an OLCC service permit
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and storeroom methods in the
areas of shipping/receiving, delivery/stock rotation and inventory
control procedures; AND
- Knowledge of transportation agencies and shipping
- Ability to perform detail-oriented work accurately and to
communicate effectively with a diverse population
- Experience operating a forklift
- Experience with a inventory control computer program
- Leadership experience
