The selected applicant will serve as an Electrophysiologist in the
Division of Cardiovascular Medicine. Applicants must have invasive
cardiology skills covering the full range of diagnostic and
therapeutic EP including Complex Ablation. An essential part of

Clinical teaching and patient care responsibilities at UW Health
approved locations as well as the Veteran's Administration Hospital
(4/8's or 6/8's); pursuit of basic and translational research
including clinical trials of implantable cardiac devices,
anti-arrhythmias and participation in cardiac registries.
Additional research will be determined by the selected candidate.
Clinical teaching of Fellows, Residents and Medical students on
ward services and clinics.

MD or DO; Board Certified in Cardiovascular Medicine required;
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Electrophysiology
Must be eligible for enrollment as a billing provider and for all
necessary hospital privileges.
Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:
Completion of an accredited fellowship training program in
Cardiovascular Medicine. Candidates should be skilled in SVT, AF,
and VT ablation, as well as the full range of device implantation
Candidates for associate professor rank must meet criteria for
appointment at rank per UW School of Medicine and Public Health
guidelines for appointment or promotion on the clinical and CHS
License or Certificate:
Eligible for Wisconsin medical license.
This position has been identified as a position of trust with

required to pass an initial Caregiver Check to be eligible for
employment under the Wisconsin Caregiver Law and then every four
