Job Description
Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is currently accepting applications for the Project Manager position within the College of Business. Reporting to the Dean, this position assists with tracking of College projects, collecting and analysis of data, assisting with the College budget and travel requests, and various program data. This role has a focus on coordination of College initiatives, including but not limited to Annual Report, Website, outgoing marketing messages, and Dean’s Council advisory board. Additionally, the position will assist with the scheduling/coordination of meetings for the College Leadership Team, College faculty and staff, and other groups as directed by the Dean (virtual and on-site meetings)—including (as needed) scheduling hotel rooms, monitoring flights, booking meeting rooms, and recording meeting minutes. The Project Manager will also provide academic support, including course scheduling, faculty clearances, course outlines, syllabi, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- (1-3) years of work-related experience
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Analytical skills with an in depth knowledge of information systems and technical expertise with Microsoft operating systems, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook/email, and Internet end-user applications.
- Ability to analyze charts, spreadsheets, etc.
- Ability to thrive in a face-paced environment required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Canvas, Campus Solutions and Enrollment Processes preferred.
