Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Services
on an assigned Campus, the Associate Director of Enrollment
Services, Bursar assists in the development, implementation and
management of effective campus services for undergraduate and
graduate students in the areas of student billing, collections, and
student registration. This position also has responsibility
for management of the clerical staff functions, as assigned, as
well as the training needed by all employees of the office.
Responsibilities include student counseling, account analysis,
collections, administrative process for receipt of private loans
and coordinating with Financial Aid, state agencies and other
Fairleigh Dickinson University departments relating to the
registration process. Processes instructor notification of
Non-Attendance Verification for federal compliance and the
deregistration of students and notification to the National Student
Clearinghouse/National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS).
Gives presentations at Freshman Orientations and Graduate Student
Open Houses on and off campus. Coordinates registration
process and billing for Exchange Contractual Agreements with the
Study Abroad Office and the Office of Global Partnerships.
Provides back-up and support to the Scheduling Officers when
needed.
