The Director of Operations for Lacrosse will assist in managing the
budget and daily operations of the Women's Lacrosse program. This
person will also be the main liaison for student athlete
admissions, the Athletics Compliance department, and Student
Athlete Academic Support Services. Responsibilities include and not
limited to supervising travel (for both the team and staff); assist
with the daily schedule of coaches and team; coordinate recruiting;
plan special events; serve as game day operations liaison; handle
numerous administrative responsibilities for the head coach. This
position reports directly to the Head Coach of Women's
Master's degree and/or bachelor's degree with related
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
Experience in planning athletic team travel.
Experience working with a diverse group of coaches, staff, and/or
Experience working in a Division I "Power 5" athletic department
Experience as a collegiate coach and/or student athlete.
Working knowledge of recruiting software.
Experience with ARMS workflow software.
Commensurate with experience.
