This is a full-time benefits eligible position, working 1768 hours per year. Working hours:
Fall/Spring semester: Monday – Friday; 8 am to 5 pm

The Office Professional II is an integral part of the CC staff team and often is the first contact for students seeking services.
The OP also manages the operational functions of the center to support the clinical staff in providing services and the Assistant Director in administrative tasks. Duties include, but are not limited to: Scheduling appointments; processing client data; maintaining forms and informational material; managing office operations; monitoring the budget; and preparing reports (see below for more information). The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; is able to work with diverse personalities and can adapt to changing pace of activities; is emotionally mature, manages stress well, and exercises good judgment; and must be able to hold appropriate boundaries and confidential information.

Education & Formal Training High school diploma or equivalent Other Education & Formal Training
Associate’s degree in any field of study preferred. Computer Skills Word-Processing, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Desktop Publishing, Web Page Maintenance Experience
Two (2) years receptionist, secretarial, office management, and/or administrative assistance experience required.

High level of computer skills including using and trouble-shooting various complex computer software programs, database management, generating reports, web-site management, etc.

Experience in a medical, clinical or health service provision environment involving the use of electronic medical records preferred. Obtain notary certification within 31 days of employment.
