TheAssistant Director of Admissionwill represent the University to prospective students and actively recruit students to enroll in the College for Women. Join the admissions team at the largest women’s university in the nation!

  • Counsel and advise prospective students and their families about admission to the College for Women, tuition fees and financial aid opportunities.
  • Advocate for prospective students with various university departments, including but not limited to registrar, academic advising, residence live, and academic departments.
  • Manage geographic territory including visiting high schools, attending college fairs, communicating with counselors, inquiries applicants and accepted students.
  • Manage electronic communication via the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), including mass emails, texts and campus event invites.
  • Strategize timing and content of communications, and assess need for new communication campaigns to improve recruitment.
  • Lead Ambassador program including recruiting, hiring, training and supervising 20-25 student ambassadors per academic year.
  • Assist with coordination and implementation of group campus visit programs, including but not necessarily limited to New Student Registration, Preview, and Fall Visit Days.
  • Conduct small and large group presentations to prospective students and families at on and off campus recruitment events.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Three years of full-time admission experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to plan and conduct small and large group presentations/programs.
  • Knowledge of admission recruitment and financial aid cycles.
  • Must be flexible, positive, motivated and team-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Slate, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
