The primary purposes of this position are: (1) serve as intermediary between Testing Services (Warrensburg) and the Missouri Innovation Campus (Lee’s Summit) to coordinate high stakes testing offered at UCM’s Lee’s Summit site (s) and (2) coordinate retrieval of high-stakes test score reports received electronically or by mail and maintain accurate, confidential, and reliable test data storage, retrieval and reporting processes.

1. One (1) year of customer service or related office experience required.
2. Experience in test administration or related operation strongly preferred.
3. Experience in use of Internet required.

Requires additional background test to conduct FAA & FCC testing. Special Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge: Attention to detail, Budget-related skills, Communication skills, including oral, written, and/or nonverbal, Knowledge of a University environment preferred, Human Relations/Interpersonal skills, Leadership skills: organization/meeting facilitation/project leadership, Supervisory skills, including motivation, delegation of duties, evaluation, etc, Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines, Maintain confidentiality Other Special Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
Ability to learn, explain, and maintain current knowledge of University, college and departmental policies and procedures.
Ability to speak English fluently.
Ability to work with highly confidential test material and student data on a daily basis.
Ability to maintain test security; adhere to strict standardized test procedures.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to interact with students and discern their needs in a professional manner.
Ability to work with frequent interruptions.
Ability to learn and adhere to National College Test Association as well as test company policies and procedures. Must be able to come in early and stay late for occasional exam administrations.
