Applications for Adjunct Faculty positions in the Department of Humanities are being accepted. Applications for adjunct faculty positions will be considered for the following academic disciplines within the department:
-English Composition
-Spanish Language
-French Literature
-History
-Journalism and Mass Communication
-Philosophy & Religion
An application must be submitted for each department that you are interested in being considered for. For information regarding the academic departments, please consult the Central State University website.
Minimum Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Posting Date 11/01/2018 Closing Date Open Until Filled Yes Special Instructions to Applicants
Central State University ( CSU ) urgently needs adjuncts in Criminal Justice, Business Management, and Early Childhood Education for summer 2020 online degree programs. Qualified candidates must have at minimum a Master’s degree or 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline and documented online teaching experience.
Beginning fall 2020, we plan to offer our Intervention Specialist ( INS ) degree program online through the College of Education and will soon add an undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Studies-Humanities.
We welcome adjuncts interested in becoming full-time, non-tenure track faculty in future. We offer competitive adjunct pay and full-time salaries as well as an excellent benefits package to full-time employees.
