About the Opportunity:
The primary role of the ADA Assistant is to provide daily support to the ADA Program Manager. The ADA Assistant will provide administrative case management and general day-to-day administrative work. Lead intake and case management for remote work requests. Support ADA Program Manager on reporting and training. Monitor incoming documents to support timely communication with employees.

The Leaves of Absence Assistant must have good judgment and interpersonal skills, as well as very strong technical skills. Organizational and prioritization skills, time management and high motivation are very important.

This is a 15-month term position with the possibility of extension

Responsibilities:
The primary role of the ADA Assistant is to provide daily support to the ADA Program Manager.

  • Responsible for providing administrative case management e.g., phone, efax, email, ServiceNow, case set up and general day-to-day administrative transactions for ADA.

  • Monitor incoming documents to support timely communication with employees.

  • Support ADA Program Manager on reporting and training.

  • Lead intake and case management for remote work requests.

  • Organizes and maintains the case database and other databases in a confidential manner.

  • Provide customer support for general questions related to ADA.

  • Maintains and periodically audits electronic and hard copy files.
  • Provide regular utilization reports and administration that is consistent, timely and accurate.

  • Any other assigned projects.

    Qualifications:
    Two years of college coursework in business, human resources or related subject area required; a Bachelor's degree and knowledge of ADA is a plus. Must have demonstrated organizational skills and strong attention to detail, follow through and responsiveness, as well and demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Excellent communications skills are required, both written and verbal. Computer skills: Excel, Word and experience with ServiceNow and Banner a plus.
