This position coordinates many aspects of the day to day and gameday operations for the Carrier Dome Box Office. This position is specifically responsible for providing excellent customer service to all patrons who attend events at the Carrier Dome through phone, in-person and written interactions. In addition, this position is responsible for managing box office operations during all Men’s Lacrosse games and assisting in the management of box office operations during Football & Men’s Basketball games. Furthermore, this position is responsible for communicating with patrons on all email communication to the box office email accounts. In addition, this position assists in the coordination of the Men’s Basketball program’s complimentary ticket requests for home and away contests as well as other sports as assigned. Lastly, this position is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the gameday ticket seller staff scheduling, hiring, and training procedures. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required or combination of high school degree and 3-5 years of experience in ticket operations at the professional or collegiate level with a minimum of 1-2 years of managerial experience. Intermediate working knowledge of the Ticketmaster’s Archtics system required. Job Specific Qualifications

· Ability to multi-task when hi-customer traffic exists. Responsibilities
Provides customer service to all patrons who attend events at the Carrier Dome.
· Customer service provider via phones and windows during selected times as assigned by Assistant Director.
· Responds to all email inquiries to Carrier Dome Box Office email accounts.

Manages the box office operations for all Men’s Lacrosse events and assists in the management of box office operations during Football & Men’s Basketball contests. Acts as Box Office Manager for non-athletic misc. events as assigned by the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations. Manages the balancing and reconciling of gameday ticket sales on the Ticketmaster Host system including the cash deposit as well as providing audit and reconciliation reports to management.

Assists with all aspects of the gameday ticket seller staff scheduling, hiring, training as well as the preparation of gameday staff items.

· Assists the Assistant Director with misc. projects as needed including:
· Processes change requests for Football, Men’s & Women’s Basketball, and Men’s Lacrosse season ticket and parking renewals.
· Processes Gate A season drop off passes for Football and Men’s Basketball
· Maintains manifests for all home Men’s Lacrosse contests including managing inventory for season and individual game tickets.
· Manages the Military Pass ticket program.
· Completes daily cash/checks deposits.
· Completes Athletic complimentary ticket reconciliations for individual and season tickets for Men’s Lacrosse.
· Manages excess capacity distribution for Football & Men’s Lacrosse.

Assists in the coordination and ticket distribution of all NCAA compliance protocols as it relates to Men’s Basketball player guest, recruits, coaches, visiting teams, and non­ participating student athlete’s admissions for home, away, and postseason contests.
Travel is required to select Football and Men’s Basketball contests as assigned by the Assistant Director. Physical Requirements Tools/Equipment Application Instructions
