Alumni Engagement Coordinator

 

 

The Coastal Carolina University Office for Advancement and Alumni Engagement is seeking applicants for the position of Alumni Engagement Coordinator (Alumni / Development Coordinator I).  This position reports to the Executive Director of Alumni Engagement. 

 

Duties will include, but are not limited to:  provide excellent customer service to visitors; develop meaningful and purposeful alumni engagement programs involving development officers, research, communications, and data management; plan and manage all alumni events; create a welcoming atmosphere for friends and alumni to build affinity; lead the Homecoming Golf Tournament committee in collaboration with Advancement, Communications, Athletics, Golf Course, and CEF; manage office, supplies, budget, records, logistics, and alumni communication and engagement; utilize data and online tools to communicate clearly to alumni; maximize social media opportunities to recognize, promote and share alumni information; plan student event/programs such as Grad Fair and Homecoming activities; manage inventory; and perform other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements: A bachelor’s degree is required.
