The Information Technology Services Department
State University ( GSU ) is seeking to hire a Junior ERP (
Enterprise Resource Planning
) Analyst to support
its various computer applications, including the campus ERP system,
Ellucian Colleague on a Microsoft platform, using an MSSQL
database. This position involves working with users and IT team
members, identifying problems, managing help desk tickets,
documenting, and training.
: $36,929.61 to $42,469.06 (This is a
non-unionized position. Salary starts at the base and is determined
based on Education and Experience exceeding the minimum
1. Any combination totaling two (2) years from the following
A. progressively more responsible work experience in an Information
Technology (IT) related profession
B. college course work which included Information Technology (IT),
IT Management, or a closely related discipline, as measured by the
following conversion table or its proportional equivalent:
- 60 semester hours or Associate’s Degree equals one (1) year –
90-120 semester hours or Bachelor’s Degree equals two (2) years 2.
Experience in a customer service and support role directly related
to applications and technology.
