Located in the Olympic College Center for Learning Innovation, the Instructional Designer will work closely with faculty, the instructional design team, and accessibility personnel to advance Olympic College's commitment to equity and inclusion through quality course design, accessible electronic materials, and thoughtful use of instructional technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and collaboration skills; prioritize and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision; facilitate complex and sensitive conversations with diplomacy and trustworthiness; and develop creative, accessible solutions for academic instruction and online learning.
The position reports to the Associate Dean for Learning Innovation.
