Position Summary: Chatham University is seeking applications for a part-time Game Management Assistant. The qualified candidate will assist in all phases of game management. This position reports to the Director of Athletics.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in collegiate athletics
  • Ability to supervise and management multiple groups
  • Knowledge and experience with sports sponsored by the University
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends
  • Experience working with a diverse student population
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, organizing, implementing and following up on game management including scheduling, setup and take down for games, and in game management.
  • Assist in coordinating athletic planning, program development and assessment of student-employee performance and student leadership development.
  • Assist in supporting campus endeavors and coordinate athletic events to enhance campus community and school pride.
  • Assist in ensuring adherence to University, NCAA, and PAC regulations and policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
