Job Details

Teacher Education: Visiting Faculty to supervise student teachers on a per-student basis during the Fall 2021 semester. Supervision assignments are made on a semester basis. Ability to supervise student teachers online is limited to specific states.

Required: Master’s degree in Teacher Education or closely related field by date of appointment. Teaching or school administrator certificate plus at least four years of professional experience in PreK-12 education. This position is not eligible for H-1B sponsorship.

Consideration may be given to candidates with experience teaching in urban, multicultural, and/or multilingual education; knowledge of and experience with multicultural and/or multilingual populations; engagement with anti-racist, anti-oppressive, culturally responsive and sustaining pedagogies; experience with hybrid or fully online as well as face-to-face mentoring; experience with school-university partnerships.
