Donor Experience Officer
Location: Moscow

Pay Range: $41,288 or higher depending on education and experience

Position Summary:
The Donor Experience Officer (DXO) works as part of a high-performing, donor-centered team responsible for assisting University of Idaho Advancement to achieve its leadership annual giving goals. Using a suite of technological tools, the DXO is responsible for developing personal relationships with an assigned portfolio of current and former annual giving donors that result in renewed or increased support to the university. Using email, social media, texting, a guided fundraising platform, video conferencing and phone, the DXO cultivates donors, provides information that deepens their understanding and connection to the university, and solicits them for annual gifts with a goal of strengthening the major gift pipeline (fundraising goals will be identified annually). The DXO will work under the supervision of the Director of Annual Giving.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated experience prioritizing and organizing complex projects and plans to deliver results
- Experience working in an environment dependent on developing and maintaining relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional experience in direct sales, fundraising or marketing
- Experience in higher education as student leader or professional
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with a diverse client base
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact professionally
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills across mediums
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills
