The University of Montevallo is seeking a full-time, non-tenure track Instructor of Mathematics starting August 2021. The duties include teaching a minimum of 12 credit hours each semester of college algebra and general education mathematics courses, assisting with mathematics general education assessment, along with other services as appropriate, and serving as the coordinating instructor for the college algebra courses. Master's degree in mathematics. A Master's degree in mathematics with teaching experience is preferred. A master's degree of education with at least 18 graduate hours in mathematics and a bachelor's degree in mathematics will also be considered.
