Oversees and manages the relationship of the Moores School of Music with supporting membership organization, the Moores Society; serves as publicist for Moores School initiatives and activities.
- Responsible for stewardship of Moores Society members and donors to the Moores School, including scheduling and publicizing recurring annual Moores Society meetings and events.
- Tracks the membership and giving levels of the Moores Society, including published list in MSM concert programs.
- Pursues recruiting initiatives to help grow Moores Society membership.
- Coordinates with McGovern College of the Arts Director of Special Events to organize Moores Society and other events in support of the Moores School.
- Works with the director of the MSM and the president of the Moores Society on fundraising priorities.
- Pursues publicity and communication opportunities for the Moores School via traditional and social media; coordinates strategies with the McGovern College of the Arts Director of Marketing.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications :
Bachelors and 1 year experience
Education: Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed. Experience: Requires a minimum of one (1) year of directly job-related experience. Certification/Licensing: None.
