Governors State University is seeking to hire an Occupational Therapy Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will be responsible for initiating, organizing, coordinating and implementing all secretarial and office support duties for the OT program in the College of Health and Human Services, which include one Department Chair, approximately seven full-time faculty members, approximately nine adjunct professors, consultants and guest lecturers for the Occupational Therapy Department.

Salary Range: $33,557.51 to $35,235.39.
(This is an unionized position. Salary starts at the base up to an additional 5% based on Education and Experience exceeding the minimum qualifications per union contract). Minimum Qualifications

1. High school graduation or equivalent.

2. Any one or any combination of the following types of preparation:

(a) Forty-eight (48) months of clerical/office support work experience comparable to that performed at the Office Support Specialist level of this series or in other positions of comparable responsibility.

OR

(b) Twenty-four (24) months of clerical/office support work experience comparable to that performed at the Office Manager level of this series or in other positions of comparable responsibility.
