Position Summary:

Under limited supervision of the Set-Up Supervisor, provides set-up services for meetings, conferences, banquets and special events in Wisconsin Union faciltities. Works with and guides crews in the accurate execution of written and verbal instructions to meet the customer's set-up requirements. Interact with customers in meeting changing needs, sometimes under tight deadlines.

Additional Information:

-Ability to walk, stand, lift, carry, bend, stoop and climb for the majority of the shift, including extended periods of continuous physical activities without without an accommodation.
-Ability to lift and move supplies, equipment and material regularly up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. with or without an accommodation.
-Ability to move, push and stack furniture regularly, often in excess of 100 lbs. with or without an accommodation.

Base Hours will be Tuesday- Saturday 2:45pm-11:15pm. (Hours may vary based on business needs. Example Home UW Football games, Graduation weekend)
