The Community Standards Officer is a critical member of the Student Services Division who actively collaborates with staff, faculty, and students across the College to support student success. The Community Standards Officer oversees a campus-wide student conduct program that promotes respect, integrity, and student development through the creation and enforcement of equitable and inclusive policies and practices. This position will evaluate, investigate, and adjudicate all allegations of violations of the Student Conduct Code and manage the day-to-day oversight of student conduct, which includes educating faculty, staff, and students on College policies, student rights and responsibilities, and student conduct processes. The Community Standards Officer as a member of the College’s Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT) and Bias Assessment and Response Team (BART), collaborates with the Title IX Office, supports academic integrity processes, and provides leadership for other projects that advance strategic objectives of the Student Services Division. This position reports to the Dean of Student Development.
