Primary Function

IIRC Quality Assurance Analysts develop and execute protocols for the testing of IIRC data and systems.

Duties and Responsibilities (generally)

Design, development and implementation of test plans, scripts, and/or procedures for IIRC projects.

Minimum Required Qualifications for this position

1. Master’s degree in education, psychology, computer science, OMIS or related field. AND one (1) year of progressively more responsible work experience in software system/data system analysis.
OR
Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, computer science, OMIS or related field. AND three (3) years of progressively more responsible work experience in software system/data system analysis.

Specialty Factors (Additional Required Qualifications)

Education and Experience Preferred

1. Two years of relevant experience demonstrating leadership skills with progressive areas of responsibility preferred.

1. Expertise and extensive knowledge of SPSS, STATA or other major statistical analysis software application.
2. Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
3. Knowledge of learning applications and assessment tools as applied to IIRC’s educational mission preferred.
4. Ability to adapt quickly to project requirements for different stakeholders and to shift focus to serve changing project goals.
5. Proven ability to work on project teams both in lead and support roles.
6. Demonstrable skills in effective interpersonal relations and communication.

$4166.67/month

Actual hiring rate is commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity; position includes a robust benefits package to eligible applicants.
