Job Description

• The Assistant Coach will provide support to the Head Coach and the Defensive Coordinator in all aspects of on field coaching, player development, academic success, recruiting, film study, practice organization, position meetings, scouting opponents, special teams coaching, and will perform other duties as assigned.
• This position will assist the Head Football Coach with organizing all aspects of the recruiting program. It will oversee the day-to-day operations of recruiting including but not limited to managing the recruiting database, procurement of recruiting services, organizing the recruiting communication plan via mail/email/social media/etc., planning and executing unofficial/official visits and junior days.
• This position will potentially supervise student assistant coaches, volunteer coaches and other assistant coaches.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of college coaching experience
