Job Description: 

The Director of Student Services, Projects and Initiatives leads the college-wide Student Services Operations, student recruitment and special projects implementation. The position will be responsible for the management of college-wide initiatives and projects to support corporate engagement, re-entry, international recruitment, and other student populations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Directs and implements strategies to attract and retain students to the College
•Develops, implements and manages college-wide projects and initiatives related to enrollment management
•Collaborates with the Executive Director of Enrollment Management to develop and implement needed programs and initiatives
•Participates in the identification and review of college wide student needs, interests and provides for positive response to such changing needs
•Engages and collaborates with academic/student services to develop initiatives in increasing enrollment, retention, and completion, and manages the use of the customer relations management system to ensure high levels of service to prospective students
•Increases engagement and partnership opportunities for student success and development
•Develops and implements grants to support college-wide Student Services initiatives; and develops and implements assessment plan for student support initiatives

Minimum Requirements:


•Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution and five (5) years of related experience; or Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution and nine (9) years of related experience
•Demonstrated ability effectively leading and managing high performing teams
•Documented success in project implementation and management
•Exceptional leadership and team building ability
•Expert knowledge in utilizing MS Office suite and a proficiency CRM
