Position Summary:

Assist trade workers performing maintenance, remodeling, construction, demolition and special projects. Operate boom truck buckets, swing stage, DENKA life, "Genie" lifts, forklifts, Bosun Chair, and other hand and power tools and specialty equipment in the performance of building maintenance and special projects. Maintain custody of Physical Plant scaffolding, staging, and other rental items. This responsibility includes, but is not limited to: maintaining an accurate inventory, inspecting and making necessary repairs, and the delivery/recovery of scaffolding to/from work sites. Work is performed under general supervision.

Work Schedule:

7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, 30 minute unpaid meal break

This position may occasionally be asked to work hours in excess of the normal work shift, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
