Job Summary
The HR Systems Analyst partners with HR, IS, and other stakeholders and customers to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. The HR Systems Analyst collaborates with IS business analysts to build project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a systems orientation, and works effectively with peers to set technology priorities and assists in long-term planning. This position also serves as a functional point-of-contact and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HR Systems Analyst also supports system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or other relevant field of study. Experience may substitute for degree.
Three years of data analysis experience within an HR EBS/Cloud type system and applicant tracking system along with report creation and knowledge of business intelligence tools.
