Director of Strategic Initiatives and Community Development

Buena Vista University seeks a Director of Strategic Initiatives and Community Development. This director reports to the president and works collaboratively with stakeholders on and off campus to develop and advance initiatives that support the University in fulfilling its mission of preparing students for lifelong success through transformational academic, professional and cocurricular programs. Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree, or willingness to work toward Master’s degree preferred. Preference given to bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates with director or department head level experience, and experience using data and metrics to assess the success of projects or services.
