Position Summary:

Join a team of more than 2 dozen professionals operating out of Dane and Milwaukee Counties to assist the public with participating in the All of Us Precision Medicine research program. The Research Coordinator will be based out of our Madison office and staff a mobile research team operating out of diverse clinical and non-clinical settings to assist individuals with program enrollment.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

-Ideal candidate will possess a fundamental understanding of the research process and clinical trials research, in particular.
-Excellent verbal and written skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel are required.
-Must be able to work well independently as well as on a team.
-The successful candidate will be detailed oriented and possess excellent interpersonal, problem- solving and organizational skills.
-The successful candidate will be willing to travel to/from AoU program sites for recruitment enrollment activities occurring throughout South Central and South Eastern Wisconsin; occasional evening and weekend hours will be required.
-Experience working successfully in a fast paced, high volume clinical research setting is preferred.
-Robust phlebotomy skills are strongly preferred.
-Past professional experience working effectively within underserved settings and serving diverse customers is preferred.

Prefix assignment determined by years of relevant work experience.

A minimum of 7 years' experience is required for appointment at the senior level.

Additional Information:

The All of Us Wisconsin UW site team operates out of the UW Institute for Clinical and Translational Research (ICTR) Collaborative Center for Health Equity and the UW School of Medicine and Pubic Health's Center for Community Engagement and Health Partnerships in Milwaukee.

A criminal background check will be conducted prior to hiring. A period of evaluation will be required
