Position Primary Purpose and General Responsibilities

The purpose of the Scholarship and Third Party Assistant position is to provide quality customer service to third party sponsors and students. The Scholarship and Third Party Assistant processes third party contractor billing authorizations which includes billing and depositing third party contractor payments and scholarships and reconciling these payments in Banner. Individual and prompt service combined with accurate and timely processing of third party awards will help contribute to the recruitment and retention of talented and diverse students who will graduate at a higher rate than our Quest peers and serve as leaders in a well-educated workforce.

Minimum Hiring Standards

This position requires customer service experience, a comprehensive knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping, good communication skills, familiarity with working in a windows environment, data entry skills and ability to work in web application environments. Ability to work in a diverse environment is required.

Preferred Hiring Standards

Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
