Job Description:

The Office of the Registrar at the State University of New York College at Oneonta invites applications for the position of Operations Manager. Expectations include customer service, general office management, construction of the office production schedule and annual calendar, and providing support in areas related to the Registrar's Office as well as representing the Registrar's Office in various capacities while maintaining a positive customer service attitude.

Duties include but not limited to: customer service for students and faculty, office management, inventory control, budget maintenance, construction of the office production schedule and annual calendar, participation in grading and all areas of faculty services. This position will assist with the distribution and collection of materials related to the college catalogs, act as a contact for the National Student Clearinghouse and provide support in areas related to the Registrar's Office.


Requirements:

Required qualifications: bachelor's degree; minimum of two years' experience working in higher education; and two years of experience with customer service.

Preferred: two years of experience working with Banner software system or a similar student information system in student records; excellent customer service skills; excellent written communication skills; and experience working with and serving diverse populations.
