Indiana State is looking for an effective leader who embraces change, leverages data, and can strategically manage all aspects of student recruitment functions from prospect through enrolled stages of the funnel.

The Admissions Executive Director will play an active role in the design, development and execution of policies and strategies that support the University's enrollment management goals. In addition, the Executive Director is responsible for managing a comprehensive and integrated data-informed recruitment and admissions process that allows the University to attract qualified and talented freshmen, transfer, and graduate students.

The Executive Director serves as an integral part of the Enrollment Management leadership team. This position requires strong collaboration and coordination with divisions and departments across the university including academic departments, Honors College, University College, College of Graduate and Professional Studies, Extended Learning, Student Financial Aid and Scholarships, University Marketing, Residential Life, Office of Registration and Records, Athletics and Student Affairs.

To be successful in this role, the person will be able to develop and implement a comprehensive annual strategic plan for student recruitment consistent with the University mission as a public state research-intensive institution, and evaluate and report results. They will have excellent leadership and communication skills to successfully guide and lead a team of professionals. They will have a passion and knowledge for providing oversight for recruitment, campus visit programs and outreach activities. They will coordinate the administrative functions associated within operations area to include use of technology, data processing, and the communication plan.
