Job Description:

In collaboration with partner companies, conduct individual needs analyses in order to develop and implement effective on-campus and off-campus recruiting strategies for partner companies who wish to recruit Warrington College of Business students. This will include identifying the “candidate success profiles” they seek and communicating this information to Business Career Services Career Coaches on a regular basis. This will be accomplished through regular in-person and/or conference call meetings with partner companies.

Through prospecting calls and effective networking techniques, take a proactive approach to source and develop strong working relationships with companies who wish to recruit Warrington College of Business students. This includes the identification of internships and full-time career opportunities for all Warrington College of Business students and degree programs, along with securing on-campus recruiting visits with new and existing corporate partners.

Assist in the creation and implementation of employer-related career events, along with ensuring a high level of customer service before, during, and after events.

Responsible for working with other Business Career Services partners in developing marketing strategies to promote employer initiatives and events, with the goal of increasing employer and career opportunity awareness, and employer event attendance.

Maintaining, organizing, and improving processes on internal databases to ensure accurate employer data is being collected.

Expected Salary:

$55,000 - 60,000

Minimum Requirements:

Master's degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • A degree with 3 to 5 years of work experience in functional areas such as sales, marketing, business development, campus recruiting, executive recruiting, event management, program coordination.
  • He/she must possess superior communication and presentation skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with multiple, diverse constituencies to influence and shape change.
  • Strong customer focus is required
  • Strong project management skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • An entrepreneurial orientation, proven track record of taking initiative and making things happen (i.e. self-starter)
  • Highly proficient with web-based resources, spreadsheet and presentation software required (MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
  • Ability to work under pressure, with the flexibility to respond to changing priorities and fluctuating workloads. In addition, the ability and willingness to work flexible evening hours during peak recruiting seasons in the fall and spring semesters.
  • Strong organizational work skills, defining tasks, prioritizing assignments, and following through on all projects independently
  • Ability to travel with overnight stays on occasion (10%)
