Instructor, Biological Sciences
The Department of Biological Sciences invites applications for a one-year, full-time Instructor (non-tenure track) beginning in August 2021 for subject to final budgetary approval. We are searching for an individual who will be able to contribute to introductory majors’ courses in the area of genetics, cellular/molecular biology, and non-majors’ courses in the core curriculum. Typical teaching load is 12 credit hours for per semester.
Applicants should have a MS in biology or related field (Ph.D./ABD preferred), a strong commitment to undergraduate education, and an interest in contributing to building an inclusive learning environment for an increasingly diverse student population. Candidates will be asked to provide evidence to their commitment for diversity and inclusion.
