Denison University is seeking an innovative and student learning-centered professional to lead its student conduct program. This role is part of the Student Life team that includes Orientation & First Year Programs, Community Leadership & Involvement, and Residential Communities within the Division of Student Development. This individual will lead a team of professional staff appointed to serve as conduct educators, supervise an assistant director and a supportive operating staff member, coach student staff and conduct board/council volunteers to support and facilitate community engagement. Cultivate a vision for the department that resonates with a fully residential student population and implement strategies to achieve that vision in partnership with campus constituencies.

An earned Master’s degree in College Student Personnel, Higher Education Administration or other related advanced degree. Minimum of three years’ professional experience in Higher Education/Student Affairs with key responsibilities centering on student conduct education.
