Position Summary:

This position will provide analytical support for the Center for Dairy Research related to dairy products.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

B.S. degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Food Science, or close related field

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

A minimum of 1 years' experience working in an analytical laboratory setting is required. Experience in the chemical analysis of foods using various analytical instruments is highly desirable. Experience/familiarity with techniques such as gas chromatography, ion chromatography, HPLC, and microscopy is preferred. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills and have the organizational ability to perform multiple tasks.
