Job Description

The Applied Aviation Sciences Department of the College of Aviation at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) in Daytona Beach, FL invites applications for an Adjunct Professor of Meteorology position to teach an introductory-level undergraduate course supporting our Bachelor of Science (B.S.) Meteorology degree program, as well as our Applied Meteorology minors. This is a temporary position for the Fall 2021 semester (August 30, 2021 to December 15, 2021).

Qualifications

M.S. or Ph.D. in Meteorology, Atmospheric Science, or Geoscience required. The teaching position is for an introductory, survey meteorology course. Previous teaching experience and proficiency in Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard) is highly desired.
