Salary Basis: 12 month

Responsibilities:
Dealing with confidential information and documents, routine calls for information.
Typing, word processing, purchase requisitions and invoicing.
Administer tests and process fees.
Type ADA reports and accommodation letters.
Schedule and make arrangements for testing logistics.
Assist Director and health center staff as needed with health and counseling clerical functions.
Supervise work studies.


Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s degree or completion of accredited program for secretaries preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills utilizing judgement in communicating with potential emotional individuals.


Salary:
12 monthCommensurate with experience, qualifications, and university’s resources.
